Our Guarantee
Your satisfaction is our priority. If the work delivered doesn't meet professional standards or the agreed-upon scope, we'll either arrange for revisions at no extra cost or provide a full refund. We hold all payments in escrow until you approve the final delivery.

Full Refund Eligible
- Work quality significantly below professional standards
- Deadline missed without prior communication
- Provider abandoned the project
- Work delivered does not match the agreed scope
- Technical issues on our platform prevented delivery

- Work partially completed before cancellation
- Minor quality issues that can be partially addressed
- Customer-initiated cancellation after work has begun

Important Notes
Revision vs. Refund
We always try to resolve issues through revisions first. Most quality concerns can be addressed with additional edits at no extra cost. Refunds are a last resort when revisions cannot resolve the issue.
Time Limits
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. After this period, we may not be able to process your request.
Escrow Protection
Your payment is held in escrow until you approve the final delivery. This protects you from paying for work that doesn't meet your expectations.
Sample Request Fee
The micro-fee paid for sample requests ($5) is non-refundable as it compensates providers for their time regardless of whether you proceed with the full project.
